Thursday back on track check in
Well can I just go crawl back in bed and forget this day ever began. We had a pretty hectic night last night, never did get in any exercise and by the time I went to bed I did not feel good for some reason. Woke up to the phone ringing at midnight, missed the call and realized it was the oldest daughter who was out on a date and should have already been home. She had called earlier to tell us she was running late, hubby had turned his phone off and missed that call, and she had made it home but was locked out of the house so had to call me since he wasn't answering his phone. ugh. I did not sleep well after that at all. Still not feeling good today but have to be in at the office so I will just have to deal with it.

D - enchiladas (will be trying this with whole grain tortillas)

7am- 24oz Coffee w/Splenda and Half/Half
930am- 1/2 cup Oatmeal w/ raisins, small banana
starting my water in a couple minutes...actually off work today but have lots of chores and errands to run ...its always harder for me to get my water in when im at home, but hopefully since i'll be running around all day, i'll just keep a bottle in my hand as im on the go!
