Is everyone okay?  I apologize for my sporadicness the last few days.  My schedule has been off from my normal routine and it has affected my computer time.  Hopefully I will get back on track, definitely will be making more of an effort.  So I have been doing pretty well the last few days with exercise, been getting in some nice walks with the dog.  I know it is not nearly enough of what I need exercise wise but at least it is a start.  I haven't been feeling great recently, pretty sure it is because of several different things that I can work on, 1. not getting enough sleep, 2. not getting my fluids in, 3. not taking my vitamins, and 4. too much fat & carbs in my diet.  So a stronger effort I must make.

a.m. cuppas & protein in
B - yogurt & 1/2 bagel w/peanut butter
S - banana
L - leftovers
S - more fruit
D - not sure yet

Have a great day!!!

Hey, Courtney!

I am sorry I haven't been here over the last couple of days -- I was out of town.  Now that I am back, I am going to get back into my regular routine, to include exercise beginning tomorrow morning.  While away I managed to stay on track and get loads of walking in while being a tourist, so that is a good thing.  Today is recuperating...tomorrow is "back at it!"

Exercise:  Day Off

Foods:

B:  Muscle Milk Light
L:  Soup and 1/2 mixed quesadilla
S:  Protein bar
D:  Apple pie flavored Greek yogurt
S:  Protein pudding pie

Have a good evening!

Protein balls
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
6 packets of splenda

Put peanut butter in bowl and microwave on high for about 40-60 seconds or until slightly melted.
Add protein, spenda and oatmeal. Mix well and shape into bite size balls.
