Wednesday back on track check in
Well I got some better rest last night as I ended up sleeping in the guest room. But work is slammed busy today again. I am about to go into a 4 hour training but have decided to take a few hours of leave for myself after that. I am feeling a bit stressed and mental and feel like I need a break. Been invited out for a girls weekend in New York in a few weeks and I am having a difficult time deciding what I want to do. Mainly because I have a hard time taking time out for myself. However today I am feeling selfish and really thinking I might go for it.

Hi, Courtney: I am sorry to hear you are going through a stressful time. Please take time for yourself....I think, as women, we tend to put everyone else before us, but we need to remember we are important, too! :)
