Monday back on track check in
Good Morning all! Well I am proud to say I lost another lb this week. I am pretty impressed with myself. I plan to take advantage of my day off and the decent weather to walk puppy and or take a bike ride. We did this on Saturday and had a blast. Been busy all weekend doing some thorough house cleaning & laundry but made time for me in there too. It has been a fabulous, relaxing, quiet, weekend. Nothing on the plans for today really. We shall see what happens.
