Weekly weigh in
I stayed the same...boring. I really thought I had lost this week. Female "friend" time so I usually add a couple during that time. Hopefully next week will be better.
Starting today I am going to start walking on my lunch hour again. I used to do that pretty faithfully but I have been lazy for a while.

Good morning Penny. I hope your walking is done inside. I couldn't imagine walking in this cold. I lost 2 lbs this week. I stayed the same last week. My weight loss has been slow and I haven't been good about exercising since I started this journey. Today I am going to start walking on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes. And my plan is to do this daily. So I will see if that will help the weight loss. Even if it doesn't speed up the weight loss, I am sure I will feel better.
I was excited when I saw my updated ticker this morning. My weight loss is now greater than the amount I have left to lose. It gives me hope that I might actually see my goal weight one of these days.
