I'm a little late. I got the kids on the bus and went back to bed. Lazy today:( I was up another pound this week. That's not good. But I am back on track today. My hubby is going grocery shopping and we're getting the junk out of the house. I hope to post better results next week.

I am pretty stable. I am between 184-188. I think I have hit the spot and I am in maintence mode. I really do not want to lose more. The remainder 10lbs I want to lose through plastics. I am very happy with this weight.
