WEdnesday back on track check in

Well after taking care of hubby all day yesterday, he was home with the flu, looks like he shared with me.  By evening I wasn't feeling all to great and still not 100 % today.  Didn't eat a whole lot yesterday but will aim for more today, really making sure to stay hydrated though.  Not sure what the plan is for today, depends on how I am feeling, may just make it another easy day!

Good am. Yesterday was long & grueling. Today is quite a bit better. Taking it easy & doing very little. Hope you get to feeling better Court.

Today has been a sort of hap-hazzard day for me with my schedule, but here is what I have done/will do with food:
