Speaking of Subway...
I use to eat at Subway everyday before WLS, then I stopped and started back up eating a salad and an occassional wrap, then a few months ago no more wraps, only flat bread.
The numbers on flat bread are higher then regular subway bread, but they are less filling.
So is the flat bread a good choice or another one of the things I should be avoiding?

Hey Ken,
I see it as whatever works for you but just be nutrition wise so you don't sabatoge yourself and undo what you accomplished by having the surgery.
Some of us can tolerate and crave different stuff and react differently. But three primary rules still are the bottom line, in my opinion:
1. It might make you sick initially but with enough effort, your body will adjust to whatever you put into it,... if it doesn't kill you first.
2. Don't eat so much at a time that you stretch your new pouch and put yourself into the old cycle of the more you eat, the more you want.
3. More calories in than used equals weight gain. (Same rule as before surgery.)
Party on dude and don't lose your focus. Merry Christmas.
