Back on Track - Tuesday post
Happy Tuesday! How are you today? I am doing pretty well. Spent most of the evening being lazy last night & then hit the bed early so I am feeling quite refreshed. Work today with some errands at lunch time then home for an evening with the girlies. Thinking I will be taking my doggie for a walk tonight too.

I sropped & spilled it in the driveway on the way out the door & didn't have time to make another
cuppas in - cold today so I might just sneak in an extra cup
b - yogurt & english muffin
s - apple w/peanut butter
l - tomato soup & toasted cheese sandwich

Good am! I'm good thanks! I remember little of nothing after 8:30 pm & rested nicely for the 1st time in a while. I'm very thankful for that. Its a gorgeous day outside & I'm already working through my to do list. Enjoy!
