a little pain

I posted this on the RNY board but wanted to post it here as well -
 
I am just 6 day out, but I woke up with a strange, almost heartburn/GERD like feeling.  Not bad, but similar to those moments when I have had too much too drink too fast in the last few days.  But I just woke up.  My pouch should be totally empty.  My instinct is to let it rest for a bit, but I also have some meds I need to take soon.  Not sure what to do, wait or give it a go.  Anyone else had this feeling on an empty pouch?

It sounds like some acid - my surgeon gave me some anti acids after surgery for a few weeks - maybe your should send a message to your surgeion and see if he will give you something for it.....

Call your surgeon's office. I agree with Jackie could be acid related. My surgeon's office gives meds for at least the first several months following surgery to help with this.
