Happy Turkey Day. Am grateful for alot today. Have to focus on the gratitude attitude all the time, not just today! Prayers for all you newbies! I had my wls right before Thanksgiving and remember how hard it was. Got sick unfortunately. Learned to take a 1/2 cup bowl and let that be my plate. Always refilled before I left for later. Made life so much easier.

Prayers you all have a blessed day. Special prayers for those who are missing lost loved ones, those that are alone or hungry today,  and those with family fighting for our freedom.
