Fredericksburg Support Group Christmas Party!!!

At our Support Group last night we decided next month we would have a little Christmas party next month on December 9th,  7-9pm  at the Free Lance Star, Amelia Street, Fredericksburg, VA  - exact room details to follow - and I want to open it up to you all. All you have to do is bring a weight loss friendly dish with the recipe - it is open to you all and your families - I just ask that you let me know you plan to come in advance so we can make sure we have enough room for everyone... we will supply drinks, plates napkins etc...

We will also have a short discussion on Holiday Eating before people go crazy at Christmas - and address concerns about holiday eating....

We would love to see you all there whether you belong to our support grou*****t! We are all here to support each other!
