Richmond get together - Getting a head count & sending out a reminder
There is a get together for WLS patients this Saturday, November 14, at 1:30. The location for the event is Applebee's located in front of Virginia Center Commons. The address is 10151 Brook Road, Glen Allen, Va, 23059, (in case someone needed to GPS it).
It is a Richmond get together but not just for Richmonder's. We are hoping more than just the locals can & will come visit. Just leave me a post here so Tammy & I can know who and how many to expect. So bring your stories, questions, complaints, anything but make sure you bring yourself & your camera!!! If you have any questions or need directions, email me and I will try to help.

Awww sorry you won't be able to enjoy Applebee's food but this luncheon isn't just about the food. It's about the support and friendships we hope to make & keep!
But I can relate to you and your situation. I met up with a couple friends during my 2 week pre op liquid diet. But mine was a bit flexible. I was to have 2 shakes and 1 meal a day. So I just made my "meal" for the time we were meeting up.
