Weekly weigh in..day late, sorry
Hi Penny, thanks for posting. Again I am only down 1 lb. I am only 9 weeks out so I am having a hard time understanding the slow weight loss. If I keep this up I will never get even close to my goal weight. I am trying to up my protien to see if that helps. I do pretty good at getting in my fluids. If anything I probably need to eat more. That is hard for me to do because a lot of food just doesn't taste good anymore. But I will keep working on it and hopefully the scale will move again. I have keep track of inches lost and am doing pretty good there,
I have never participated in this before but since I was at the surgeon's office last week, & I just came home from the surgeon's office, & was weighed, I thought I would.
Last Thursday, I was 155 & today, I am 152.5. That is a 2.5 lb weight loss, which for me, who still struggles every day to get at least 700 calories a day, is a HUGE feat. I hope to be able to keep playing in this thread!
