Back on Track - Tuesday post
Morning All! Forcing positivity so that I can survive the day, definitely in a funk and need to help mysel***** in some good exercise yesterday with the push mower & yard work. That felt pretty good. I am thinking exercise will be a big key for my mood issues. Must make an stronger effort there. Not much going on today. Work of course, hopefully it will fly by. Then home to the family. Hoping to have a good dinner and relaxing evening.

Good pm. I've been so jam packed I've not had time to get here until now. Anyhow, I'll pass on any details other than to say its been gorgeous today & I've enjoyed nature. This pm is already non stop so I am looking forward to some veggin time in a few hours.
