4 Year Anniv. Update

Just a note out to those who know me and to the newbies, come Sat, yes Halloween 4 yrs ago I had my RNY I then was 410 pounds and was told I would die in 6 months if I didn't loose my weight. Now then I was wheelchair bound the day of my orientation as well carrying in a oxygen tank, when I got there that morning the nurse practitioner doing the meeting stopped me @ the corner of the hallway and said to me if you cant get up out that chair and walk into the conference room we cant help you. I was furious, who the hell did she think she was? But  I did it and I proved her I could do it! Well later I found out she didn't mean to be or sound so ugly and did it for my own good, because she said if u don't walk we all know what happiness. So she was only trying to help me. Now today at my check up I'm down to 202  yes that's a 208 pound loss and its been a struggle but I have lost a whole person. I'm still not finished I have lost  5 pounds in the past few weeks and  lil over  25-27 in the past few months, so the TOOL still works! Just keep working it and don't give up. So many times I wanted to throw in the towel from not loosing or stalls but I know it's been 4 years and I'm working on plastics now but I know ill never be a skinny mini and as long as I get to a healthy me and weight I'm satisfied. So I just wanted to share that with you all that there are different struggles out here with the journey good or bad you have to hang in there because it is worth it other wise I wouldn't be here today. Thanks to those who have supported me and been by my side the past  4-5 months while I have been going through one of the toughest times for me it means alot to know your there when I need you and I am blessed to have you in my life. So keep on moving forward in your journey's it does pay off.....
