Back on Track - Tuesday post

Morning all!  How are you?  Okay here but not great.  I think my exhaustion from the weekend may actually be the flu or some virus.  I am still fighting it.  I am so exhausted, running a low grade fever & achey.  Unfortunately most of the office it out today due to illness, meetings, etc.  So here I sit working away instead of being home in bed where I should be.  Oh well.  At least there isn't anyone here for me to breathe on.  Needless to say I am not getting in the exercise so far this week.  Food hasn't been too much of an issue though as I am not really that hungry.  I have been trying to push the fluids though.

b - yogurt & bagel
S - peanut butter crackers

Good am. Hanging in. Tired. Up a lot the past few pm's. Getting what needs to be accomplished done & forgoing the rest. Not motivated exercise wise or food wise either. Hope you feel better Court. Hugs.

Good afternoon!  Court...I really hope you are feeling better soon.  I know there is nasty and lingering stuff going around.  Sunday was awesome at Busch Gardens and I logged 15 miles in the pedomoter for walking that day.  Only tool the train once to see the decorations and never took the sky lift!  Yesterday was most productive for me!  Got my entire to-do list checked off and then some!  Today is in about the same gear...lots to do/already done/left to finish!
