Weekly weigh in
Well I finally got on the scale this a.m. Yuck, 177.9. I just keep going up. Time to really look at what I am doing and make some changes. Been only doing a half way job of it and that isn't enough.
Will say though that with not smoking I actually haven't been snacking more, it is just the sweets in the house leftover from a couple of parties last weekend and the halloween candy. Must be stronger.
I am down to 187. Down 1 lbs from the week before. I am not to concearned about losing weight anymore as I have hit my preplastic goal weight of 190. My ultimate goal weight is 175, but I am to the point that I am happy and will let my body settle where it needs to settle. If I lose more then I do, if I don't then I don't.
