Back on Track - Monday post

Well I exhausted myself this weekend and ended up on the couch resting/sleeping all day yesterday.  Hoping I haven't caught any of the nasty things that are floating around.  Not too much planned for today.  Quite a few meetings here at work today, some reports, etc. due and gettiong ready for the new month.  Will probably lay low tonight and hit the bed early.

Good am! A low key weekend here. Got several errands & chores done. Relaxed when I could & celebrated my 26 month of sobriety. Got some quality time in with my loved ones & enjoyed the butterflies, rain & leaves falling all over the place. Today is low key. Still not feeling 100%. Got several items on my to do list to accomplish. Not rushing mind you.

Good morning, Courtney!  I hope you feel better today -- you are right, there is so much going around, you have to be careful and take care of yourself.

For today:

Exercise:  Started the day with 30 mins on the treadmill, then 15 mins with a weighted hoola hoop

Food:

B:  Greek yogurt w/ Go Lean cereal and flax seed
S:  Protein shake
L:  TBD
S:  Protein shake
D:  Steak w/ vegetables
S:  Fat free, sugar free pudding

Good morning all,

Had to go in the office for a very early morning meeting so have been up since 3.50am  - it is going to be a long day!!

So had two protein shakes and vits already

B - protein bar and a banana

L - turkey and some thick soup

S - protein shake

D - chicken and steamed veg in cheese sauce

S - if I have time or the inclination, I may have a s/f chocolate caramel mousse  - 60 cals
