My one week pouch test....

OK, so it is was more of a forced pouch test with the flu and the dlu inflaming my ulcer.  I have just got back to eating again....yes my pouch shruk.  I cannot eat as much as I used to and back to the same as I was after the surgery.  Itis amazing how this took still continues to work. No back to eating good health meals..

I akso noticed that if I go liquid for a few days it does shrink a little and I can't eat as much as I did - thank goodness our tool still works!!
