- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 cup skim milk, luke warm
- 2 tablespoons warm water (110
degrees F/45 degrees C) - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select lightest setting; press Start.
