Back on track Wednesday
Morning all! Had good day yesterday. Got a bunch done at work, nice family time at home although was in bed too late, watching the yankees. I did take a nice long walk at lunch time and that felt great.

Good am! Had a good Tues as well. Took it easy for the last couple of days. Feeling much better today! Watched the Pens go 8-1 last pm so I'm stoked about that. Jam packed day ahead so I'm ready to get things going. Posted the Holiday Greeting Card Exchange this am to get things started. The holidays will be here before we know it. Lots of prayers going out & up for many.

Good morning Courtney! I had a pretty good day yesterday - busy but good! I think later today I will make some protein balls but in the meantime here is my eating plan for today...
already drinking my protein shake and taken all my vits
B - ham and cheese omelete
S - protein shake
L - 1/2 toasted muffin, cheese and 1/2 boiled egg
S - apple dipped in sugar free, calorie free caramel
D - corned beef and cabbage (made for me by my other half so it is healthy!)
later - one more protein shake and a banana

Good Morning!! I am feeling better this morning. I saw the Doctor with two of my three kids and she started us on antivirals for the flu. I have to take Justice to the Dentist today, she craked her molar in half. Great! My goal is to push liquids as muchas possible. I have an Oh Yeah! protien drink in the fridge cold and ready for me to drink. I will also try to push a bannana and some wheat crakers with Smart Choice natural Peanut Butter on it.
