Back on Track - Tuesday post
Good Morning! Finally got a chance here at work to take a quick break. So we finally got the fence painted all the way! It looks so good now. That is one thing we can mark off our list now. Boy are my legs feeling it today from all the up & down. Got lots of laundry done yesterday too. On the books for today is work & then home. Hopefully a nice walk with my hubby. Hope you all have a great one.

L - not sure yet *Edit- will be meeting hubby for lunch at Chipotle

Edit* hubby is working late & since we rode together I will have to wait for him so it will be a late dinner and no walk together but perhaps I can go to the park & walk while I am waiting for him.

Today is a busy day for me as I have to go collect my car from the garage after it took them 2 weeks to fix it from my accident a few weeks ago.... so I did 30 mins on my stair stepper machine today - nearly killed me!
a.m. vitamins and liquids
B - one hard boiled egg, one protein shake
S - not having one this am as still full
L - 1 egg and 2 oz ham
S -apple dipped in Waldorf Farm calorie free carmel dip - decadence!
D - chicken thigh, cabbage
S - I am a night time eater - protein shake and maybe another 60 calorie S/F chocolate mousse
I am excited to be back on track again and not looking around for what I can put in my mouth! I plan to make Tamalie Pie for tomorrow but going to cook the meat tonight so any fat can be removed....
