Back on Track - Monday post
Morning all! It is a holiday for me & after a busy weekend with soccer & newphes & nieces staying over I slept in this a.m. I desperately needed it. Home today with hubby, our "boys" and 2 sick girlies. Will probably just stay around home & do stuff here, if I have the energy, lol. Hope you all had a fabulous weekend.

Good am! A jam packed weekend here as well. Crud is going around hope everyone gets to feeling better very soon. Today is jam packed once again. Student holiday so both buggas are home. Prayers going up & out for much/many. Enjoy your Monday!

liquids - so far 40 ounces today... need a lot more......
protein - plan for 60 ounces today
Vitamins - whole lot of them as always, plus my calcium
B - protein shake, half a banana
S - celery sticks and peanut butter
L - hard boiled egg, 2 ounces of ham
S - protein shake
D - boiled egg, veg burger - healthy one Dr Praegers
S - protein shake before bed and maybe a jello pudding (new Chocolate Indulgence Mousse S/F by Jello - to die for - 60 calories NEW!)
