Back on Track - Friday Post

Well better late than never I guess.  Did have a few things from yesterday that had to be finished up when I got in today and finally I have a chance for a break.  I am so ready for the work week to be over and my weekend to begin.  No real plans all weekend, some ideas of things to do with friends/family and some relaxation in mind.  I can't wait.

a.m. protein & cuppas in
B - yogurt, english muffin, and vitamins!!
S - banana
L - not sure yet
S - peanut butter crackers
D - not sure yet.

Good am. Yesterday was good for us. :) I 2nd being ready for the weekend. Today has already yielded some very positive things & I'm looking forward to some treats this weekend. There are some great happenings & we're looking forward to them.

Court - i really do enjoy you posting the back on track stuff, i need it!  now i just need to sit down and figure out what i'm having...i'm going to try to start posting my stuff on monday, that's my goal, anyway, have a great weekend.lys
