GRAPE SALAD
I shared this dish at last summers party at Jill Dennis's house. And it was a hit .
It makes for a great holiday salad .. in place of some of the other sweet dishes we tend to want to eat .
Just be careful these are grapes. Make sure you are cleared in your journey to have them. I tell you this is one salad that reminds you of apples and walnuts for some reason. It is very good. It got big raves .. Enjoy it .. and by all means share it .
About 2 - 4 lbs of Grapes (either Red or Green, or you can mix both is you want). Also depends on how big you want to make it.
1 pkg 8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (soften)
1 pkg 8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
1/2 c Splenda Sugar
4 tsps Vanilla
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (can use Splenda Brown Sugar)
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts either Pecans
Directions
Wash Grape first before using and drain.
Mix Cream Cheese and Sour Cream, Sugar and Vanilla. Blend very well together on high for 3 -4 mins.
Mix Mixture and Grapes together. Throughly Grapes are covered.
Pour into a 9x13 cake pan and sprinkle with Brown Sugar lightly over mixture (may require more if needed) and then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Place in frig for about 1 hour before serving
