Yummy Greek Yogurt Recipe -- Great for Cool Weather!
This is a modified recipe I used to eat while doing WW. It is yummy, and is made with Greek yogurt, which is high in protein.
1 medium apple, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp. Grape Nuts cereal
Vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon
Greek yogurt
Splenda
Slice apple on a paper towels. Drizzle with some vanilla extract, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Microwave for 1 min. 15 seconds. Put in bowl. Add Splenda or other sweetener, Grape Nuts and Greek yogurt. Mix. Delish -- especially as the air gets cooler! Enjoy!
