Back on Track - Friday Post
Morning all! How are you today? We very much enjoyed our game last night! Had a super great time at the game and really enjoyed the family time. Unfortunately my hubby did share his germs with me and I feel like crud. Basically waiting to see who comes in to the office so that I can go back home and rest. I actually did really well with my food & fluids yesterday and we did a bunch of walking so that was nice.
Busy weekend ahead as we have the girleis so there is soccer practice, football, soccer game, home coming dress shopping, and at least 2 if not 3 family get togethers scheduled. And thus the reason I really want to go home now to rest.
A.m. protien - unfortunately ran out so none today
cuppas - in, thinking about making some decaf to soothe me
B - peanut butter crackers & banana
S - yogurt & granola
L - not sure, depends on where I am
S - not sure
D - not sure

Good am. Doing well here. :) We had a good Thurs! Our walk was very brief still we managed to get some of one in. In the later pm we had dinner, got homework done, enjoyed some great toons & company we had & then off to bed. Its been a long, jam packed week & today I'm very thankful for the rain & pray for LOTS of it. Have some things we want/need to get done today & this weekend. For the most part we're going to rest & relax. Hope ya'll have a great Friday & weekend.
