Back on Track - Thursday post
I think my hubby has shared his cold/virus with me. Was not feeling great last night and had a crazy busy day at work yesterday so I was a lazy bum yesterday evening. Oh well. Today is an all day meeting/training at work, then I will meet hubby and the girls and we are off to the Nats game. Hope you all have a great day!!!

Good am. Courtney I hope you get to feeling better. Hubs as well. Hope you & the fam enjoy the game this pm. Our Wed was good. Definitely a lot in the way of chores getting accomplished. I've got a better picture as to what's needed and what we're "ok" on. Us 3 gals got locks chopped & spent the pm together goofing off then off to bed. Today is jam packed so I best get to it. Enjoy!

It's a beautiful day, but where on earth did our fall weather go??? My walk this morning was tough with the humidity -- it was like mid-summer!
Exercise: 2.6 mile power walk

Glad husband is feeling better now get yourself well. Been busy with work and school. I am back to losing again and that is great. Got the batteries for my scales and weight this morning and am down to 217 so that is going in the right direction.
