Back on Track - Wednesday Post

Okay so my day ended a bit better than it started yesterday.  After a day in the bed, hubby felt okay enough to do the soccer run, my bil fixed dinner which gave me a chance to do some much needed house work, and then I did the grocery store and football duties.  Did not get into bed early enough but maybe tonight.  Hubby still not feeling well at all, he made it in to work but has already decided to call the dr., get an appt. and leave.  I hope he doesn't decide to share whatever it is he has.  Not too much planned for tonight.  I definitely need to get in a good walk or something.  Exercise is the key I am missing here so I need to get on that.  Did get batteries last night.  Weight is 175.3.

B - yogurt w/ granola, mini bagel
S - banana
L - chili (didn't eat it yesterday, went to chipotle instead)
S - apple with peanut butter
D - cube steak, peas, & potatoes

Good am. Sounds like things are coming together Courtney. :) Chin up. Every day we can get up and try again. Isn't that a blessing? Our day yesterday was good. There were quirky things that kept happening all day & I'm so blessed with great instincts. In the pm we worked on a couple things, had a nice dinner, watched a movie & I very much enjoyed the company we had. As for today, lots on my plate which I'm happily working through. Getting in our walk this pm.

OK so I am no tthe early bird you ladies are,....5:37 am ? Holy smokes!!!!

I got a 6 mi jog in at lunch today that took 1:20.  I didn't feel like going but knew I needed to get out there.  I have another marathon football officiating day coming Saturday and need to be sure I can handle the running around all day.

Lets see; meal wise,...:
B: a 2 small banana & OJ protein smoothie
S: 2 protein bars & 2 granola bars & 1 bottle water
L: post run: 1 protein bar, 8 oz OJ, 1 bottle water, 2 small oranges
S: 1 protein bar, 3 granola bars, 2 bottle waters
D: 2 protein bars, 1 pack Lance vanilla cookies, 1 bottle water
S: maybe a cheese on wheat melt and a water

Man I can't wait till Thursday!!!
