Minor Achievement

I want to share that I have achieved something this week that I have not been able to do in a very long time. For the past five days, I have exercised at the gym everyday and have eaten very healthy meals and snacks.

And the best part is that I feel great!

I have only worked out (at the gym) one time this week and it looks like next week will be just as busy for me. I need to find more "me time" to make exercise a priority....
