Okay another beuatiful morning!!!  How are you today?  Good here.  Busy night last night with grocery shopping, chores, laundry, yard work, dinner, homework help, etc.  I dropped right into bed.  Thinking I might take some lazy time tonight.  So looking forward to joining the group for lunch today at Chili's.  My whole food schedule for yesterday got all switched around.  I did okay but not great.  I am better prepared today.

a.m. protein & cuppas in
B - whole grain cin & raisin english muffin with peanut butter & yougurt
S - apple
L - probably soup & salad
S - banana, trail mix
D - not sure yet

Good am. Its overcast here. Would love some rain. Yesterday was interesting. Got a lot accomplished & overall things went well. Dinner didn't go well for me. Oh well. Its another day. :) Today I have a full plate again. I love being jam packed. Not only does it pass the time, it helps me stay focused on what's important. Weather permitting the buggas & I will walk once K is home from school.

Nutrition:
Cuppas, vits down
B - parmesan cheese omelet w/ raspberry jam
S - protein drink
L - roast, taters & carrots provided its ready by then
S - protein drink
D - undecided

Ok Cindy you have to share the recipe for the "peppermint paddy" protein shake.  I love peppermint!!

Hey, Brenda:

It's not much of a recipe, but here it is:

1 c. fat free milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein mix (I use Unjury)
6 ice cubes
"Squirt" of sugar free chocolate syrup
1/4 c. or so of DaVinci Peppermint Paddy Sugar Free Syrup

Blend together for a "milkshake" type of protein shake. 

Yummm....  :)

Not much to report on Wednesday.  Looking forward to lunch with the girlies!!
