Back on Track - Wednesday post
Morning all. So other than going to bed early, yesterday pretty much sucked for me. I did not get in the exercise and carbed out all day so today I am feeling pretty low. Definitely needing some good foods to pick me back up. Part of the problem is a much needed trip to the grocery store so that is on the plans for tonight.
a.m. protein & cuppas are in
B - peanut butter crackers
S - protein bar
L - chipotle
S - 100 calorie pack popcorn
D - steak fajitas
Not feeling it today so hopefully some good food choices, fluids, vitamins and exercise will help. Have a great one!!

Yesterday was a day of running errands. The night was great because my son called home hadn't heard from him in a week! also enjoyed watching the season premiere of the Biggest Loser. Anyone else into that?! l admit it - l'm a reality show junkee! Survivor tomorrow night! LOL
Today heading to the vet to drop off my dog for grooming and shots. Hoping to meet Brenda for lunch!

Good am. Yesterday was a trying day. Nothing we couldn't handle. Had an am snafu which managed to work itself out mid afternoon, was excited about a phone call I got only to learn a courier had damaged something so hopefully things will turn around today. Got several things accomplished & worked on a significant portion of a project I've undertaken. The buggas & I took a day off of walking yesterday. With things being so jam packed it was for the best. Last pm we had a nice visit & enjoyed chinese sans the rice (ewww) & my Pens won 5-4 in their pre-season game. Topped the pm off with some journaling & prayers then off to bed.
Today is slammed & I'm half way motivated. Still, I'm reminded I've got to get a lot done as we've got some plans coming up and I don't want to have to worry about things while we are out and about. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

Yesterday I went for a job interview, imagine that after 13yrs of being a stay at home mom I got hired. It's only 2 days a week for a total of 8hrs. The best part is that I get to bring my 13yr old with me. Today off to Costco, my pantry is calling for food. Will finish cleaning up and caulking the other bathrooms, baseboards a little touch up paint here and there.
Have no ideal what I will be eating other than soup.

AM: protein shake & am meds
B: 1-egg salad, 6 cheese cubes
S: Special K protein bar
L: turkey/cheese sandwich on whole wheat
S: 16 jelly beans (can't seem to shake the sweet tooth)
D: bbq short rib, mash tater, corn
2 glassses benefiber, H2o, meds
Ya know...all the time I spent earlier this year at the dentist, you'd have thought he would have pulled this danged sweet tooth of mine! May have to talk to him about it...lol. All kidding aside, I need to find a way to resist it. Not having a sabatour in my midst would help alot. If it's not accessible, then I'm less apt to grab for it.

I was completely off track today. I weighed in this morning at slightly higher than yesterday and it made me feel aggravated.
B- coffee
S- 1/4 cup cottage cheese pudding (a recipe that someone posted and it is yummy)
L-1/2 of a small mickey d's cheese burger
S- 1/4 cup cottage cheese pudding
D- small piece of lemon chicken breast
now it is off to work for 12 hours..... along with plenty of water & some coffee I plan to eat the following during the night if I get the time to eat. It all depends on how busy my night will be:
- 2 protein shakes
- 1 small can of spicy tuna with crackers
