Ohhhh Girl!  Look at you sneaking up on your goal!!  46 lbs to go & we get to be with you when you do it.  I think your 4 lb loss is fantastic!!  Keep cleaning...maybe it's helping...lol!

BTW, how can I get that tracker you have?  Is it here, on OH?

Hugs!

No way to weigh in yet.  Need batteries for my scale at home (been to busy to get that done) and was planning to use the scale we have stashed at work but the owner took it back home over the weekend.  Perhaps I will get mine up and running tonight.

I weighed in this morning at 198.8.  I have been bouncing back and forth 1-2 pounds to 200.6.  I am really surprised I have not gained, I ate like a horse last week and TOM started Yesterday.  With the stress of working and taking care of my mom after surgery and getting kids ready for school today, I have been bad.  But today I am back on track....

Ruby...positive mind-set, darling...POSITIVE!!  There's no such thing as "only" in pounds lost.  Wanna put those 4 lbs into perspective?  Get a 5 lb bag of flour or rice or sugar...whatever...then strap it to your waist with a belt & carry that around for a day!  You broke your stall & you lost 4 lbs!  That's something to celebrate, not discount.  Rejoice in your accomplishment, because think of it this way...how would you feel if you GAINED those 4 lbs??

Four lb loss is a reason to celebrate!!

Hugs!

for getting back on track!!  Melissa, I can't believe how far you've come on your journey in just 1 year!  Do you realize that you were at my house close to this time last year, still on mushies??? Amazing, simply amazing!!

Sorry I am so late posting -- completely forgot about it yesterday with the holiday.  Unfortunately, up 2 pounds...not sure why, but started a vigorous exercise program this morning, and hoping that will help.
