Getting Back on Track - thursday post

Morning!  Long weekend ahead for me, 4 days off so I am ready for the work part of today to be over.  Gots lots of stuff around the house planned for the weekend but will go at my own pace, no pressure to get it all done.  I am sure I will be getting in some good exercise.

Did very well yesterday.  Got in a nice walk at lunch time and had a fun relaxed evening at home.  Did try some new stuff with my zuchinni.  Diced it up, saute in olive oil with onion & fresh minced garlic, add some parmensan and shredded mozzerella.  Boy was it yummy.

Still out of protein so no shake today.  Cuppas down.
B - bagel & yogurt
S - banana & granola bar
L - hamburger pie, grapes & strawberries
S - peanut butter crackers
D - not sure yet

Its been so gorgeous for getting out & about. Nature really unlocks a lot for me. That recipe sounds great! Bet is was good. I too am out of protein shakes & am headed out to grab some today. 

Our weekend is going to be FANFREAKINTASTIC! I have faith in that. We've got several things planned & are looking very forward to blessed days & hope the same for others. I'm happy to see/feel this great weather. Looks like it will continue into the weekend.

Good morning one & all!!  It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, isn't it?

Yesterday SUCKED!!!  I was not in my happy place yesterday, but today's a new day & I'm great so far.  Yesterday I spent a great deal of time taking care of business on the phone & the net.

Yesterday's Stats:

AM: shake & meds
B: 1/2 pkg instant oatmeal w/fresh blueberries
L: shaved turkey, Colby cheese chunks, small homegrown sliced tomato
S: hull-less pop corn
D: baked mushroom chicken w/taters & gravy, fresh green beans

Took ALL my meds & 64 oz water

Hey Ruby???  How you doing with your water???  Are we working together on this???
