Good am ya'll,

FIRST AND FOREMOST, ALWAYS CONTACT YOUR SURGEONS OFFICE WITH QUESTIONS AND OR CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE!

In some of the previous postings here I've noticed that some folks say "I hope this is not TMI" (too much information) or "I'm sorry to have to ask this but....." Folks NO question is stupid, TMI or inappropriate to ask. If we don't ask how we will learn? If we don't ask how can we come to know we are not alone? I'm positive that what ever my questions may be if someone here doesn't know they either know someone that does or can direct me to some information.

There are many folks here who have been through or or going through a like experience and its helpful to know that since we are a large and varied by surgery group we can help as best we can. I encourage to you give us a shout out about anything you'd like us to try & help with. We don't and won't replace the medical knowledge your surgeon's office & other docs can provide. Still, we DO know a thing or 2 that might help.

ALL BEST!

Amen sister you are so right I know I have had my ups/downs through this journey since 2005. Now like  Kat said  none of us are  your surgeon's and you should ALWAY'S check with your sugeon or Nutrition beforemaking  changes. But we do have a lot of knowlegable people here that are willing to help in any way we can. Foods, idea's, sample's where to purchase, Jill shes our exercise trainer Im sure she would give advice there. We have  Jackie and SUe working with different vit./supplements. So ask away, there is no stupid question and nothing you should feel embarrased about  so go for it!!!!!!!!

Very well said ladies, I know personally if it wasn't for this board I couldn't have made it. When I asked a question I got answers. I am so thankful for all those on the board  oldies and newbies. Thanks everyone,
