Getting back on track - Thursday post
Did pretty good with everything except my viatmins yesterday. I definitely find that is a hard area for me to keep up on. Got in a nice walk with hubby & the oldest yesterday evening and a little bit of yard work. Today will be a busy day. I am working half a day then I have an appointment for a perm. After that it will be off to pick up the youngest & take her to soccer practice. I probably won't get home til about 9 this evening. I got all my food planned out though
A.M. protein
B - bagel & yogurt
S - banana
L - left overs from dinner
S - cheese & crackers
D - bologna and cheese sandwich and some chips.
I am just going to have to work on the water factor today and make sure I take enough with me for the evening. Perhaps I will try to walk around the field or something tonight to get in some execise. Have a great one!!!
Had a wonderful day with my MIL yesterday! We walked around Potomac Mills and did a bit of shopping and then went to see Time Travelers Wife. It was a good movie, made me really think about a few things. Lunch was awesome! Thanks for all the great suggestions!! We went to Chilis and I had a cup of soup that I only ate half of. I was so proud of myself but it did feel a bit odd sitting in a restraunt and only eating 1/2 a cup of soup and not a thing to drink. Today I am planning on cleaning and finishing up my laundry that I have yet to do and need to make time to go to the gym to walk on the treadmill for a while.

D- Turkey and some kind of Veggie
