What to expect at Nutrionist

Ok, my last appointment before my surgeon will submit to Anthem is that I have a Nutritionist Consult and that will be tommorrow. 

I have no idea what to expect can you all share?

After my appt tommorrow I am going to be on pins and needles because I want to get an approval so bad.  Keep me in your prayers and I will be sure to keep you posted again on my progress.

As part of my approval portion of my insurance I had to see my nutrionist every month for six months. We went over my food and exercise journal and talked about how my food intake would be after the surgery. We also discussed meal planning anf preparation.

Thank God I only have to go once.  I can't wait to get it over with, maybe learn something as well!

I only had to go once also.  We basically talked about what kind of diet I would have to keep after the surgery, told me what to eat and drink before surgery.  Dont be nervous, you will do fine!  Hope it all goes well for you...keep us posted!
