Off track...
I have been off track for a while now. I'm working on getting back on, but my eating has been crap, I haven't been exercising enough and I just realized that I'm the same weight that I was a year ago. I'm definitely closer to my end goal than my start, but I'm frustrated at being stalled out. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I've given myself an 8 week challenge to get back under 200 pounds. In two weeks I've gotten down 3.6 pounds, so I'm on track with that but still, I'm lacking motivation and looking for some advice.

Alison We all applaud you for recognising it. I am working out right now and want to eat out of the plan. I am in a stall too for the cheating.
There is a liquid ?? 5 stage program to get us back on track. Hope someone will chime in.
Dr Mo reminded me that the snacking is the biggest issue with all WLS patients going backwards. Keep in touch and thanks for reminding me to get back on the wagon.

Here is the 5 day pouch test. Let me know if you would like to try it. I can be your "pouch buddy".
