Getting Back on Track - Tuesday
How are you this a.m.? Sounds like yesterday was a bit difficult for some of us. Between those of you feeling sick, the heat, stress, and all it did make for a difficult day. I hope today is better for all. I did get in some good exercise yesterday. Moved some furniture, did some unpacking and it was up and down the steps a million times I think. Also did a bit of swimming. Didn't do great with my food as pizza was my lunch but breakfast and dinner were healthy choices. Did great with my water and okay with my vitamins.
For today it is going to be a busy day at work so not too sure if exercise will get worked into my day, will probably aim for something this evening when I get home.

Morning Court! Just hearing all you did yesterday makes me tired!!!! I still find it amazing how tired I get so easily! I was very restless yesterday and did alot of pacing trying to find something that I could do that appealed to me.....needless to say I didnt find anything. I did better with my water yesterday but still didnt get in all I needed to. Was hoping for a better day today but it is not starting out well for me. I woke up feeling sick to my stomach and not wanting anything. I just forced myself to eat a bit and so far it is staying down thankfully!!!

I am actually a little more rested today. I am not sure what is on the books for today, but work. I am still waiting to hear on the house. The realtor has not talked with the seller yet, they were playing phone tag all day. He is suppose to be speaking with them today. So no word yet.
I am drinking my Click with Vanillia Bean and soy milk. I am not sure what I am going to eat today. I am still not that hungry, but I also know I need to get food in me and it is not healthy not to eat. As I said before my caloric intake goals right now is 1600 and I am no where near that.

Morning beautiful! I am feeling a bit better today but still under the weather. I just wanted to give you kudos for charting things and getting back on track. I find that making a menu keeps me where I want to be...then I shop toward that, pre cut and portion my fruit and don't snack on other things. If I don't buy them then they aren't there to snack on!
Yesterday was a day of processing and thinking for sure. I came to some realizations and realized who is in fact important to me. I have discovered what a "true" friend is and I know who mine are. It is a very peaceful, serene feeling. I have tried to help others even though my life is in turmoil but once again I have been proven that you can only help those that want to help themselves first! I am grateful for my true friends and my family. I love them (and you!) dearly!
Other than taking Kara for an MRI this afternoon my day is wide open. I got my walk in very early this AM and it is going to be a scorcher. The grass needs cutting but Steve will do that later this evening as long as he is still feeling better. Kara probably has to have surgery on her wrist...MRI will confirm one way or another today. Asking for prayers...I don't want my oldest baby to have to have surgery if it can be avoided!

Good am Court & all! I'm doing well thanks. Hope your day has been good thus far. :) I'm going to try to come here and being more active. Today has been jam packed. I've had a long to do list and am feeling pretty accomplished. I'm back to focusing on taking better care of me after a hiatus. We all go through that. :) Anyhow, I'm excited to see the possibility of thunderstorms coming our way as we could surely use a good downpour.
For my foods today:
B - 2 egg whites/1 yolk scrambled with cheese
S - Provolone cheese
L - Chicken salad cold plate w/ turnip greens & green beans as sides (ate all the chicken salad and 1/2 of each side)
S - Going to have a protein drink (EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control) around 3:30 pm
D - Not sure yet

It's been a very busy day today, and looks like it is going to continue into the evening.
Due to the heat and hectic schedule, exercise is being delayed...not good, I know, but beats passing out! :)
Food:
1/2 c soup, a little salad and a couple of pieces of cheese quesadilla
Fresh cherries
Chocolate & toasted marshmallow protein shake
Have to decide what else I want for the remainder of the day
