I am getting ready to make an eg for breakfast...  I don't recall hearing if i can put salt and pepper on it. Is that ok for me to do i don't want to upset my new tummy.

thanks danie

Welcome home and to the losers bench!  Yes, you can use salt and pepper but I'd be careful.  Even at over 4 years out I still have problems with seasonings.  Just start with a little bit!

Ummm...just playing devil's advocate here, but eggs 3 days after surgery?  Really?  I thought it was liquids for the 1st week or two, then mushies, & then solids.  Have the rules changed or am I misinformed?  Even though I had band, I'm trying to learn about bypass as well.

Hugs!
Ann
