Thank you Jen!

Thanks Jen for taking me to my first support group since arriving to VA @ 14 months ago......   Even though its been over 4 yrs since my surgery (and I am below goal) I still do not eat properly and STRUGGLE getting in the vitamins......

This group meets 1x a month on thursdays, I actually have NO IDEA where we went becase we were chit-chatting the whole ride and she kindly picked me up.....   

I can't stress how important these meetings are..... even if you have been successful and are doing everything you think is important, there are still going to be things that you forget or think you no longer need to worry about.

I'm so grateful for this VA forum/website portion of OH.....   special thanks to Jenn and Tammy who both have SO MUCH going on, but have always found the time to reach out to me like they have been my friends for years.
