Good Morning,

I currently use the unjury protein but I'm really not fond of mixing it. Is there any suggestions of a premade/premixed protein drink or shake? Thanks for ant help.

I use either AchievOne or EAS AdvantaEdge.  The EAS is available at WalMart but be carefyl NOT to get the MyoPlex version.  That one has more protein but tons more carbs and sugar, too.

l'm not fond of mixing myself but have it on hand when l don't have the pre made stuff.  Currently have use the slim fast LOW CARB Diet - 190 calories - 20g of protein and only 1g of sugars and 6g of carbs - it was recommended by our nutritionish Brittany.  Comes only chocolate or vanilla.   Good luck Mary!

I like Acheive One and there is also Oh Yeah!  It has 32 grams of protien.  But more fat and calories then I would like for drinking my protien.  I am in the powder mode right now and hooked on CLICK and Vanillia Bean Nectar combo.

I like EAS advantage shake, no sugar and taste good. I put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes before drinking.

Worldwide Pure Protein Drink..in a ready made can...yummy too. Chocolate and Bananna Cream are my favorites...was told to stay from the cookies and cream...yucky.

35 grams of protein...and enough calcium so that you do not have to take a calcium supplement if you drink these.

I found mine at the Vitamin Shoppe.
