Whats for breakfast?

Breakfast is a hard meal for me. I normally do not eat anything, every now and then I have corn flakes or cherios with 2% milk and splenda, but I want other options.

umm i was just thinking cornflakes. try oatmeal or cream of wheat.

I have regular oatmeal made with skim milk then add grape nuts or granola or cinnamon...sometimes eggs...sometimes fresh fruit and always a protein drink or smoothie.  Having protein within 1 hour of waking up is crucial to your metabolism.

I usually start off my morning with a protien drink on my way to work.  Then about 930-10am I have Choboni Plain 0% greek yogurt with flavored (french vanillia or mocha) splenda and Kashi Go Lean or bare anked gronola.  It is pack with about 20gram od protien.

I'm sorta with Melissa. I eat Carbmaster yogurt (kroger brand) with Kashi Go Lean or Bare Naked granola. It's filling and loaded with protein.

PS...It's addictive!!!!

I can not tolerate yogurt - so l have low fat cottage cheese a lot sometimes with fruit.   This morning l'm rushing out the door - so having my protein shake and 5 cherries.   Sometimes a scrambled egg with cheese.
