What are you eating today?
Hello All,
HAPPY 4TH.
I have had a rough go of things so far. But I have no choice but to survive.
I was just wondering what do you eat at cook outs? Are you able to eat the grilled hotdogs and hamburgers. Hotdogs with mustard my absolute favorite. I'm still fighting to get my liquids and protein in, I was just wondering so I could have something to look forward to next year.

I can eat potato salad. deviled eggs, baked beans and corn on the cob.

What am I eating today?
I am actually finanlly able to do beef hamburgers. I have been with turkey burgers (still yummy) but beef is usually hard one me. Hotdogs, I just stay away, there is no nutritional value in them.
But my husband is grilling some ribs, hot dogs and my burgers. I am making bacon and cheddar burgers ands blue cheese burgers. I will be mixing the stuff inside the burgers. I eat it without a bun. We will have some grilled corn on the cob and baked yummy asperagus. Some fruit too.
ETA: You are at the same point I was last year for the 4th. I had homemade hummus. It was really good.
