Hello everyone! 
Summer is here and it's time to get moving! The July Support Group will be held Thursday July 2nd at 6:30pm at Potomac Hospital's Hylton Education Center. This month's topic is Exercise! It has been a while since we have touch on this very important topic. We have a wonderful guest speaker, Amy Barnes joining us to help lead our discussion. Amy is a certified personal trainer who specializes in working with the obese population. Amy herself is a weight loss survivor, who at one point weighed 490lbs. She has multiple family members who have had WLS, and is eager to help us all get moving!
