Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics!

Happy Thursday!!!!  Work-week is almost done.  What are your plans for the weekend?  How can you incorporate being physically active into your plans????

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Well, now that I have a bike, I will be adding biking into my activity.  But, today is a run day.  legs need a good stretch, so I'll do that as well.

The weekend will include Clean the Bay Day on Saturday at Langley AFB (weather permitting).  Plenty of bending and stretching .

Today is a simple 1-hour weight training routine.

So....is the bike or the helmet pink?

Hi Jill today is my 4 mile walk and for the weekend not for sure yet. Have to get me a bike so I can go bike riding on the days I don't walk, which I haven't been on a bike for at least 40 years.
