Just wanted to share this...
It is very important to get your fluids during these hot days. Your body is not the same and you can become easily dehydrated. I had a slight episode last summer at a pool party when I was only 2 months out and wanted to pass it on to you all.

Drinking healthy fluids also helps you feel not as hungry between meals.

If we are going to be out in the heat, should we up our fluid intake some? Just wondering.

Definitely a good idea to up the fluids.  Your body will burn the fluids faster and in great quantities when you are out in the heat (sports, swimming pool, evening just relaxing outside).  I have a hard time with this one, espcially if I am swimming, cause I don't feel like I need anything to drink.  It is also a good idea to up the fluids a day or two before hand if you know you will be outside in order to have your body prepared.
