Breakfast-Lite Yogurt with Kas****real
Lunch-Ham and swiss sandwich on lite bread, no crust
Snack-Protein bar
Dinner-Grilled chicken and veggies and rice
Snack-Probably strawberries and lite whipped cream
PS...It seems much easier to post when you have "behaved" all day.
