Breakfast - Skinny Cinnamon Vanilla Latte
Snack - mini Glorious Morning Muffin (bran, carrots, raisins, etc.)
Lunch - Crabcake, 2 slices of Brie
Snack - none
Dinner - London Broil roast beef, broccoli

Exercise - 30 minutes treadmilll at 15 incline, upper body weights

I think I did good today.

Breakfast-Lite Yogurt with Kas****real
Lunch-Ham and swiss sandwich on lite bread, no crust
Snack-Protein bar
Dinner-Grilled chicken and veggies and rice
Snack-Probably strawberries and lite whipped cream

PS...It seems much easier to post when you have "behaved" all day.

Breakfast...Fat free vanilla yogurt with strawberries and wheat germ
Lunch....scrambled egg with ham and cheese. bagel
Dinner...chicken, lettuce and tomatoes in a grain wrap
Snack...fat free vanilla yogurt with bananas
