Breakfast - Skinny Cinnamon Vanilla Latte
Snack - Cherry Carbmaster Yogurt with Kashi Go-Lean cereal
Lunch - 4 pcs. california roll sushi, 3 bites grilled chicken
Dinner - Not sure yet, probably some leftover steak and a small salad
Eve. Snack - Provolone Cheese
Exercise today will be 30 min. on elliptical and lower body lifting

Okay.....I am the eat-a-lot boy....but I eat a lot of low fat food....
Breakfast: Bowl of cheerios mixed with Fagee yogurt and Splenda and two banannas. Wawa Coffee
Snack: Atkins Advantage Bar. Raspberry Tea
Snack: Citrus Split Smoohie (Orange & Bananna w/Splendia) with Whey added.
Lunch: Small Bowl of Pho Ga (Chicken)
Snack: Bag of Baked Utz and more Tea
Snack after gym: Apple and peanut butter. Wawa Coffee.
Dinner: Salad with Chickpeas and cottage cheese
Snack: Bowl of oatmeal with some raisins and another Atkins Bar
Snack: Bag of Gensoy chips
I take in between 2500-3300 calories a day. I imagine I eat a lot more than most of you. But I also burned about 900 calories at the gym and I am loading for a traithlon this weekend.
My other rule now that I am no longer dieting but am eating for life is I only do meat once a day, and when I do it usually a very lean chicken or tuna or shrimp. Notice I get protien all through the day I just get it from other sources. I also get more carbs than a lot of people. I get noodles with the Pho and I have sushi at leats once a week. I will get a serving of rice when I do a curry (usually with tofu) at least once a week.

Well today was a little bad for me and I prolly ate more then I should. But the couple days before hand I was not getting in enough food, so my body was needing food. I know today will be better because I woke up "full" and my body fells satisfied.
Morning- Cup of Coffee
On my way to the airport- Protien Drink
At the airport- handful of bananna chips and cashews
At destination airport- A mango smoothy that was no sugar added. Asked for a small it looked more like a medium and I only drank half
At 3pm at my grandmas- 1 cup of 2% cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, 1/4 cup of tomoto
Snack- a few soygen chips
Snack Venti Iced SF Vanillia Soy Latte
Dinner- Ate ate LongHorn SteakHouse 4 Grilled Shrimp, 4-5 asperagus, some sauteed mushrooms and onion
LNS a small piece of pita bread with a touch of mayo and two peices of turkey lunchmeat
I was at LongHorn with my Aunt and uncle and when I ordered the dinner I asked for them not to put the tomota butter on the shrimp and I did not want the rice. My Aunt made a comment to the waitress, Well I order right off the menu. She always has something smart to say, she can eat a fat one as far as I am concearned.
